J Scott George, with his wife, Tammi, has served as Senior Pastor of Belle Isle Community Church, Orlando, FL, for the past 15 years. He is the founder of UP, United Against Poverty, located in Orlando, FL, one of the largest direct service charities in the state of Florida, serving over 500 families a day. He was inducted into the Edgewater High School Hall of Fame, 2014, for his humanitarian work, and he is the author of 9 books, including Abundant Living 365, Living Beyond Ordinary, and Blindsided. He is currently appointed by Governor Ron DeSantis to serve on the State of Florida Faith and Community Council.  Scott and Tammi have 4 grown children, 3 grandchildren and have been married for 39 years. He loves golf, fishing and painting in his spare time.

He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a degree in Communications, a Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies, and an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity Degree from Faith Christian University.
